Rare and original book from 1706 "Memoirs of the Affairs of Scotland"
 
This is a special hand made leather bound book published in London in 1706 about the "Scottish Revolution in that Kingdom in 1567".   This book is in great condition of being 317 years old.   
A great addition to your historic library.
Our personal opinion is the pages are in beautiful condition for its age. 
No signs of ink or pencil markings. No signs of interior rips or page folding.   Something that is typical of books this age is the front and back cover have become detached, as shown in photos.   It is best for someone that specializes in historic book repair to do this specific repair.
