This 86-year-old book is about a two-year journey to find out everything there is to know about the Pennsylvania Dietsch customs and culture of the past. The origin of the term “Hex”. It touches on hex signs, pow-wow tradition, local legends, superstitions and “witch-stuff”.
The first page of the interior has the original owners name proudly writen in it from 1938, with an original news paper artical about the book and history (as shown in photo) Pages are in nice very condition.
